By 1430 KASI
Aug 2, 2017

An FAA investigation continues into a plane incident at the Guthrie River Ruckus music festival in Guthrie County.  Witnesses say a plane flew dangerously low over the crowd of thousands of people on Saturday.  FAA officials said they were able to determine who owned the plane, but it was not registered in the pilot's name.
