Two groups are in court trying to stop Iowa's new abortion law. Planned Parenthood of the Heartland and the ACLU of Iowa presented their case in court Monday as to why the abortion law passed this year is unfair to women and a burden to them. They say women shouldn't have to wait 72 hours before getting an abortion because that wait will most likely be longer than just three days. Judge Jeffrey Farrell will decide the case even though the 72-hour provision currently isn't in effect.
