A sixth democrat is seeking the party's nomination for Iowa governor in 2018. John Norris kicked off his six-day tour of the state Saturday with a campaign stop in his hometown of Red Oak. The longtime Democrat activist is planning to focus on healthcare, education and increasing wages. Norris served as Chief of Staff to former governor Tom Vilsack and worked as an aide to former Iowa senator Tom Harkin in the 1980s.
