A dispute over a playground in Zearing is over. The Colo-Nesco school district paid $2,500 for the land the playground sits on after a dispute with the new owner. A purchase back in 2013 let the school district take control of the land, but it didn't know nearly $300 in back taxes were owed. That led to the playground being sold to an investment firm then being shut down before the resolution last weekend.
