More Iowa cities face legal action for their decisions relating to the state's new fireworks law. Boone, Ankeny, Johnston, and Pleasant Hill are being taken to court by Bellino Fireworks after a filing last week. Bellino says each city's restriction on where fireworks can be sold inside city limits is damaging its business. Des Moines is already fighting a court challenge by another fireworks company for a similar reason.
