Iowa State's interim president is tempering expectations when it comes to fall enrollment at the school. Ben Allen says fewer international students will likely contribute to fewer overall students this fall. ISU had more than 8,700 minority and international students last fall, giving it a bigger percentage of those students than the University of Iowa. Iowa State's overall enrollment last fall was more than 36,000 students.
