A new survey says three Iowa communities are among the 20 drunkest cities in America. The 24/7 Wall Street survey rated 381 metro areas for things like alcohol consumption patterns, the number of driving deaths and the number of bars. In Iowa, Ames was rated the 19th drunkest city in the country, Iowa City is 13th, while dubuque is number 14. Twenty-three percent of adults drink to excess in those communities. Wisconsin laid claim to the top four drunkest cities with Green Bay leading the way.
