Branstad becomes Ambassador, Reynolds becomes Governor

History was made in Iowa Wednsday. Kim Reynolds became Iowa's 43rd governor, and first female governor as she took the oath of office.  Now-former governor Terry Branstad resigned his office, then was sworn-in as the new U.S. Ambassador to China.  In her first address as Governor, Reynolds talked about learning the value of a dollar and not to waste it--a she says she intends to apply every day as governor.  Reynolds assumes the helm of the state after a career that's included 14 years in the Clarke County treasurer's office, election to the state senate and seven years as the state's lieutenant governor.
