The state of Iowa could begin the process of saying goodbye to its longest-serving governor Monday. The US Senate is set to vote on Gov. Branstad's nomination to be the next ambassador to China late Monday afternoon. Branstad's been the governor of Iowa for 22 of the last 34 years and if confirmed, he'll be giving way to the state's first female governor.
