Grassley says former FBI director Robert Mueller is the right person to investigate potential ties between Russia and President Trump's campaign. He says "Mueller has a strong reputation for independence." Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller as special counsel for the investigation on Wednesday.
