Charles City Democrat Representative Todd Prichard is promising to fight for the middle class and rural Iowa if elected governor. Prichard kicked off his campaign for governor Tuesday with stops in Charles City, Cedar Rapids and Des Moines. He says Governor Branstad and Lt. Gov Kim Reynolds have forgotten about rural Iowa during their time in office. Prichard vowed to change that and he's taking his message to seven cities across iowa starting Wednesday in Iowa City.
