The Perry Police Department says a teenager found dead in a home operating as a daycare is 16-year-old Sabrina Ray. The teen was found unresponsive Friday night at a home that's also used a daycare run by her adoptive parents Misty and Marc Ray. The cause of death has not been released, but the Iowa Department of Human Services is investigating it as a child abuse case. DHS says it is making a comprehensive review of the child welfare system and want to assure the public of it's "commitment to protecting vulnerable children."
