Reynolds cagey on successor appointment

Iowa Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds isn't saying much concerning the question of choosing her own successor. Reynolds was asked about the transition to becoming governor,  and if she'll choose her own lieutenant governor. She dodged the question, only saying an announcement will be made "when the time is appropriate." Attorney General Tom Miller said earlier this month a constitutional amendment is needed for Reynolds to choose her own lieutenant governor once she becomes the state's new leader.
