All three Iowa Republican Congressmen voted for a healthcare plan aimed at replacing the Affordable Care Act. Representatives Rod Blum, Steve King, and David Young voted for the measure that narrowly passed the House. Young released a statement saying the bill didn't earn his support until an amendment relating to pre-existing conditions was added to the bill. Blum also said pre-exiting conditions were his sticking point with the American Health Care Act. He says people will see premiums fall under the bill.
