Accused cop killer coming back to Iowa

The man accused of shooting and killing a Pottawattamie County sheriff's deputy waived extradition from Nebraska to Iowa.  Wesley Correa-Carmentay appeared in an Omaha court Thursday and agreed to return to Iowa to face murder charges and the attempted murder of a second deputy who is recovering from his injuries.  Correa-Carmentay is accused of attacking the two deputies during a prisoner transfer at the Pottawattamie County Jail earlier this week.  Visitation for Deputy Mark Burgridge is this weekend with his funeral scheduled for Monday morning in Council Bluffs.
