Grassley gets high bipartisan marks

A new report issued by the Lugar Center and Georgetown University's School of Public Policy says Iowa's Chuck Grassley scores high marks when it comes to bipartisan work in the Senate.  The annual report ranks how often each member of Congress works across party lines.  The Republican ranked 5th overall out of the 98 Senators rated.  The majority and minority leaders are excluded from the rankings.  Iowa Republican senator Joni Ernst finished in the number 31 spot.  In the House, Democrat Dave Loebsack is rated the highest among Iowa representatives working across party lines.  The Democrat ranks in the top third, 114th out of 427.
