The teenagers accused of setting fire to the the famous Cedar Bridge in Madison County face new charges. Both Alexander Hoff and Joel Davis now face 2nd-degree arson charges instead of 1st-degree arson. Davis also faces a charge of 1st-degree criminal mischief for the incident that happened on April 15th. It was the second time in 15 years the bridge had been burned.
