Planned Parenthood, and other abortion providers, are one step closer to losing state funding. The Iowa House passed a health and human services budget Wednesday that doesn't allow abortion providers to receive $3 million through a federal waiver. A family planning network would be set up by the state in place of the waiver. The nearly $1.8 billion budget passed 55-to-42.
