The 2017 session of the Iowa Legislature is down to the final days. Lawmakers have said they want to wrap up this week, but have yet to pass a budget, even though spending bills are moving through committees. House Speaker Linda Upmeyer says she's confident lawmakers are on the path toward adjournment. Tuesday is the 100th day of the session, it's also the day per diem payments for lawmakers run out.
