Police in Winterset think someone deliberately set the Cedar covered bridge on fire. Residents can't believe someone torched the wooden bridge for a second time in 15 years. Dozens of people stopped by to look at the burned remains. Fire crews arrived Saturday night to find the bridge fully engulfed in flames. The city historian says it'll cost at least $1 million to replace the bridge.
