There's good news regarding the number of Iowa high school seniors who graduate. The Department of Education says 91.3 percent of students graduated last year, which is an all-time record. The good news also translated into more Hispanic, African-American and white students graduating in four years than back in 2015. More students also dropped out of high school last year, as that rate increased by .30 percent.
