Willard Miller Asking For Trial Delay In Teacher Murder Case

(Fairfield, IA) -- One of the two teenagers accused of killing their teacher in Fairfield is asking for a trial delay. Court documents show Willard Miller and his lawyers are asking for his November trial to be pushed back, and the prosecution hasn't objected. Miller and Jeremy Goodale are charged with 1st-degree murder, accused of killing Fairfield High School Spanish teacher Nohema Graber last November. Goodale's trial is scheduled for December.
