Collin Richards' murder trial delayed until September

STORY COUNTY, Iowa - The man accused of killing Iowa State University golfer Celia Barquin Arozamena won't go on trial until September.

Police say Arozamena was found stabbed to death in a pond at Coldwater Golf Links in Ames last September.

The suspect, Collin Richards, was arrested when police found him with cuts and scratches on his body and bloody clothes found in a backpack.

According to WHO Channel 13, the judge in the case says "voluminous amounts of discovery in this case" is a reason for the delay.

Collins is charged with first-degree murder.
