Attorney General-nominee William Barr will appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee again today for a second day of confirmation hearings. Barr told the panel today that he disagrees with President Trump and does not believe Special Counsel Robert Mueller is involved in a "witch hunt." He said Mueller should be allowed to complete his work on Russian influence in the 2016 presidential election. Barr vowed not to fire Mueller without cause and said he will not be "bullied" into making any decisions as attorney general. President Trump nominated Barr to replace Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
