A new poll finds undocumented immigrants have wide support from Iowans on the question of whether they should get a pathway to citizenship. The latest "Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll" found 81-percent of those surveyed say so-called "dreamers" should receive a pathway to citizenship. The numbers fall when respondants are asked about citizenship for all undocumented immigrants, but that number is 65 percent. 50 percent say a Mexican border wall is unnecessary.
