A Sioux City man is accused of trying to deposit fake currency at a local bank. Dennis Strickland allegedly tried to deposit a $1 million bill last week. A teller notified the Sioux City Police Department, who only say that Strickland tried to deposit a piece of paper, but gave no specifics. While being questioned by police, cops found Strickland to be in possession of methamphetamine. He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and has a court appearance next week.
