The Iowa Lottery reports a drop in its profits for the last fiscal year. The lottery saw almost $81 million, according to numbers released Thursday. That's down from profits that totaled $88 million in the 2016 fiscal year. Players didn't buy as many tickets in the last fiscal year either, as those numbers dropped four-percent.
