The trial of a former Boone youth pastor accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenager is being delayed. Joel Mark Waltz, 47, will stand trial September 19th after the case was delayed last week. Waltz pleaded not guilty in April to sexual exploitation by a counselor or therapist. The former Grace Community Church pastor allegedly began a sexual relationship with his now 20-year-old accuser when she was 16.
