Foxhoven named Iowa DHS director

There's a new director of the Iowa Department of Human Services. Governor Reynolds' office says Jerry Foxhoven has been chosen to lead the department.  Reynolds called the Drake University law professor a "compassionate" and "thoughtful leader we need." He takes over for the retiring Chuck Palmer.  Foxhoven walks into the department as it faces questions from lawmakers over the deaths of two adopted children whose parents face criminal charges.
