With the weather exceptionally beautiful for this time of year I am tempted to go 2 wheeling, that is either on my motorcycle or bicycle. I have been reticent in riding my bike because of my surgeries have given me a balance problem not to mention at my age I'm a bit more breakable and slow to heal. I've begun to question the old adage of "It's as easy as riding a bike, once you learn how you never forget." I will definitely wait for my wife to accompany me and will wear the much dreaded helmet. As far as the motorcycle I have many years of experience, 61 years to be exact. It has always been my passion and gives me a feeling of freedom and awareness of what surrounds me, I own 3 helmets none of which have felt the top of my head but may this year as my years of defiance are now years of common sense. I may reconsider this urge to ride as the debris left in lessening the hazards of winter driving are still on the roads and are a definite challenge when 2 wheeling. Enjoy this beautiful weather!
