I awoke to a feeling of eeriness and dread this morning, it was not unexpected as I went to bed realizing what the day would bring. It's September 11th, and thoughts of surprise and dread filled my mind and the knowledge our live were forever changed. Thousands of innocent souls departed this earth as the rest of us looked on trying to comprehend what we were witnessing and surrounded by disbelief. The greatest nation on earth had been wounded in a matter of hours and weren't quite sure why and was there more to come. It was a Tuesday almost exactly like today and we hope and pray we never experience one like it again. A hole in my heart and mind forever that will never be filled or forgotten, I will have my private moment of silence in remembrance and suspect so many of you will do the same.
