Thousands of cyclists in Ames during next month's overnight RAGBRAI stop will get to take a victory lap as they come into town. Iowa State University and local organizers are inviting riders to take what they're calling a "Cyclone Loop" around the football field at Jack Trice Stadium. ISU athletics director Jamie Pollard says the university's happy to open the stadium's gates for what RAGBRAI director T.J. Juskiewicz says the "Cyclone Loop" gives riders a first-of-its-kind experience on RAGBRAI. Rriders come to Ames july 24th. Rhey leave town the next day for Newton.
