Took my son and younger brother out to lunch today had a great time even after the Mel expose' began. Both had stories to share about the maniacal younger me, my brother with tales of our childhood to now and my son bore witness as to the adventures of a first time Dad and his beloved son. We haven't laughed that hard together for a long time, it truly was the medicine we all needed and further re...inforced the bonds that, good or bad, made us Crippens. I always feel sorry for our server as we always play a game of one upmanship in who can confuse them the most as we question the menu selections, I do tip well even if the food isn't that great they've truly served in the trenches of Hell. The worst part of these gatherings is that they don't happen nor last long enough, the best is we always come out with another memory we can share.
