I believe we may have given up most of our rights to privacy because of the technological age. Esentially every one who has a cell phone or I pad is a photographer and their subject matter is at their disgression as distasteful as it may be to some of the rest of us and now a court ruling saying that upskirting is ok because it doesn't show nakedness. At this rate one must assume they are being monitored or at the least observed potentially by any one and every one, even your aluminum helmet can't protect you. This comes at great sacrifice for a man of 66 as every once in awhile I like to see if I am still able to skip and hop and must now fear it might be up for public display, I still can by the way.
