Sitting around home drives me crazy unless my wife is there. Needless to say 2020 presented a unique set of circumstances. For about 10 months my treatments kept me on low energy so it was tolerable but when my strength began recovering along with it was anxiety, the need to get out. I found that some things I enjoyed in younger years presented some minor challenges, balance was my main concern. So I gave up my motorcycle in my 62nd year of riding, I also have had to withdraw from golf because of a tendency to fall after my drive. Books, wonderful books have been my salvation, reading has always been my passion and offers escapism from the thought of boredumb.
