I'm OK You're OK....REALLY?

I, much like many of us, am tired of the pandemic and anything involved with it, but like it or not somethings cannot be ignored. I'm talking about the tension and isolation that has affected our ability to mentally adjust to the situation. Forced to give up many ways we release stress e.g. fitness centers, we have renegotiated how we deal with lifes challenges and even some everyday tasks. What we must overcome is the stigma that continues to cling to the embarrassment that accompany seeking help with mental health. Keep in mind, like cancer, flu, alzheimers it is a disease and unless treated will only increase your difficulties and relationships with those closest to you. Help is available and effective, do not live in the shadow of life their are those who are willing to help you find the sunshine but you must seek them out.
