Campus authorities are reminding Iowa State football fans about a new policy at Jack Trice Stadium this fall. ISU Police Chief Michael Newton says those who find it necessary to bring items in with them to the stadium must use tote bags made of clear plastic. He says the "clear bags" make it easier for security officials to see what's being brought into the stadium, and will speed the process of getting people in. Newton says the "clear bag" policy will also be used at Hilton Colesium.
