Classes were cancelled Tuesday in the Johnston School District after an anonymous threat to students and staff. The district announced the closure late Monday night on social media and through emails to families, saying messages were sent to students and parents that contained threats against students in the district. The district says the Johnston Police Department is involved in the investigation.
