Apple to expand in Waukee

Apple is expanding operations with a new facility in Waukee.  The tech giant's project involves building two data centers on 2,000 acres of newly annexed land in Waukee.  The expansion is expected to cost Apple nearly $1.4 billion and create 50 jobs.  More than $200 million in state and local incentives were approved for the project.  Apple follows Google, Facebook and Microsoft in setting up data centers in the state.
