Dakota Access pipeline is moving oil

The Dakota Access pipeline is moving oil through four northern and midwest states.  Energy Transfer Partners made the announcement Thursday about the pipeline that's more than 1,100 miles long.  It starts in North Dakota and goes through South Dakota and Iowa before ending in Patoka, Illinois. The pipeline cost Energy Transfer Partners $3.8 billion to build. A numbre of people were arrested while protesting the pipeline's construction in Iowa.
