Iowa's jobless rate unchanged

Iowa Workforce Development says the state's unemployment rate has remained the same for the past two months at 3.1 percent.  Officials say that is just a .10 percent from being considered full employment.  There were modest job gains in several industries, including hospitality, healthcare and education.  The construction sector lost about 1,500 jobs in April, with about 700 workers laid off in manufacturing.
