Changes to Iowa's workers compensation law are coming. Gov. Branstad signed a measure Thursday that changes what he says is "a system benefiting trial lawyers." Those changes include the amount of legal fees an attorney can get. A worker would've lost benefits once they turned 67 under the original bill, but that provision wasn't in the bill Branstad signed.
