Branstad to get workers compensation bill

Governor Branstad is the only person separating Iowa from big changes to the state's workers compensation law.  Senators voted 29-21 Tuesday to pass the measure that, among other things, changes the amount of legal fees an attorney can get.  A worker would've lost benefits once they turned 67 under the original bill, but that provision isn't in the final product.  Branstad will now decide whether to sign or veto the measure.
