King lone Iowa "yes" on AHCA

Just one of Iowa's four U.S. Representatives will vote "yes" for the GOP health care proposal targeted to replace the Affordable Care Act.  The vote is scheduled for today and Republican Steve King is giving the measure his support.  Iowa's two other Republican representatives, Rod Blum and David Young, and Democrat Dave Loebsack are planning to vote against it.  King says his "yes" vote is based on a commitment from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to work to amend the proposal to remove some benefits that would increase health care costs.
