Iowa House approve gun law changes

Iowa's gun laws would be significantly changed under a bill now heading to the Senate.  The House passed the measure Tuesday on a 58-39 vote.  The bill allows Iowans to pursue legal challenges in court against gun-free zones and it also establishes a "stand your ground" law where a person can use deadly force if they believe they're in danger. Waterloo Representative Ras Smith showed his opposition to the bill by putting on a hoodie and headphones as he said the bill is dangerous to people of color.
