The line-up of the Iowa Board of Regents is set to change. Governor Branstad Wednesday chose not to reappoint President pro-tem Katie Mulholland to the board, He did reappoint Sherry Bates. Branstad appointed former House member Nancy Dunkel and former senator Nancy Boettger, who both face Senate confirmation. The moves come just weeks after Regents president Bruce Rastetter said he wouldn't seek another term on the board.
