ISU pushes monarch butterfly habitat effort

Iowans are being urged to help save monarch butterflies. Iowa State University entomologist Steve Bradbury is playing a key role in the effort that aims to make sure there are more habitats for the creatures. The last two decades have resulted in 80 percent fewer monarch butterflies, which has resulted in an effort to add them to the endangered species list. Bradbury says both urban and rural residents can play a role in saving the butterflies.
