King pushes Chinese copyright theft crackdown

Iowa Congressman Steve King is re-introducing a bill to protect intellectual property rights from being "systematically pirated" by the Chinese.  The 4th District Republican claims the Chinese government appears to be "complicit" in the theft of creative ideas that are protected by US copyright, trademark and patent laws.  King wants the president to impose duties on merchandise from china in an amount equal to the estimated annual loss of revenue for US copyright-holders.  He says that loss is estimated at over $300 billion a year.
