Collective bargaining debate continues

The debate over collective bargaining reform continues and tensions are running high.  There were multiple heated exchanges between lawmakers Wednesday as they debated the measure for a second-straight day.  Base wages would be the only thing most public union employees could bargain for under the proposed changes.  House members went home after 10 o'clock last night, the Senate debated a number of amendments to the bill overnight.
